KW height adjustable springs (KW coilover springs) with individual height adjustment for Audi RS3 and S3 (8V Generation) with or without Magnetic Ride

For ten years now, we have been one of the few chassis manufacturers to offer adjustable chassis springs, which, like a coilover kit, enable continuous lowering of series chassis. From now on, all Audi RS3 (8V) with or without Magnetic Ride can be equipped with our KW height-adjustable spring sets .

Previously, the height-adjustable KW springs were only available for vehicles without a welded-on spring retainer. We have developed a special axial bearing for the new height-adjustable springs so that the RS3 front axle can also be continuously lowered. When changing the original wheel / tire combination, it is easy to put the new light alloy rims on the Audi RS3 (8V) in the limelight.

With our height adjustable springs the Audi RS3 can be adjusted in the lowering from 15 - 25 mm at the front axle and 5 - 20 mm at the rear axle. The S3 have the adjustment range of 20 - 30 mm at the front axle and 0 - 15 mm at the rear axle.

In the recent years, we have developed various systems and after extensive road tests and long-term testing select compact and mid-size models, that have a conventionally attached spring seat on the series strut can be equipped with our advanced KW height adjustable springs.

The vehicle-specific KW spring sets also harmonize with their spring rate with the adaptive damper control system Magnetic Ride. In this way, the entire driver assistance systems and all comfort functions of an adaptive damper control are retained. When buying the KW height-adjustable spring sets, you only have to pay attention to whether the Audi RS3 has a magnetic ride chassis or a normal chassis. After installing the KW coil springs or the height-adjustable springs, the RS3 models (8V series) have sportier handling properties.

For a maximum lowering we recomend our KW coilovers, which are available for all Audi RS3 (8V) including Sportback in the versions KW coilover Variant 3, KW Clubsport 3-way and also as adaptive KW DDC ECU coilover. According to the parts report, an apporved lowering of up to 35 mm is possible, which is approximately a lowering of up to 60 mm at the "normal" Audi A3 8V.
